Gault & Millau is one of the most respected and influential culinary guides in the world, created in France almost 60 years ago. Known for its distinctive yellow cover and a system of ratings in points and caps, it has been setting quality standards and promoting signature cuisine, creativity, and the highest level of culinary craftsmanship for years. Being featured in the guide is a confirmation of quality, consistency, and an exceptional culinary experience offered to guests.

This year's premiere has a special meaning – the Polish edition of the guide returns after a five-year break, making the event even more anticipated and widely discussed across the entire industry, serving as an important barometer of current trends and market conditions. The return of Gault & Millau Poland symbolizes a new stage and a further impulse for the development of the local gastronomy.

We had the chance to try the menu during Restaurant Week and it was a perfect choice. Each dish was excellently composed – refined in taste, aesthetically presented, and just very good. You can see the attention to detail both on the plate and throughout the entire experience.
